Frequently asked questions

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to let us know you would like to make an eligible return. For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return postage. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for the full details.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged or faulty?

Please email us at info@enejewellery.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and photos where possible. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Enè will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where applicable and help arrange the appropriate solution.

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Possibly. Orders travelling across customs borders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged by your country. Unless we clearly state that these charges are included at checkout, they are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Can I wear my jewellery in water?

Stainless steel handles everyday contact with water well. To keep your jewellery looking its best for longer, we still recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, perfumes and harsh chemicals. If your jewellery gets wet, simply rinse it with fresh water when needed and dry it thoroughly.

Will my jewellery tarnish or change color?

Stainless steel is highly resistant to rust and tarnishing compared with many traditional fashion jewellery metals. However, jewellery finishes and coatings can naturally change over time depending on wear, skin chemistry and exposure to chemicals. Taking good care of your pieces will help preserve their appearance for longer.
